Thanksgiving & Champagne

Thanksgiving is an American tradition. My tradition with Champagne is to sabrage the bottle to open it (en français: sabrer la bouteille).

So this past Thursday, before indulging in a turkey, I took my saber and popped the top of a Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, of GAYOT.com Top 10 Value Champagnes.
